With new programs being added regularly, we have a class to suit every one. Modifications are provided for all moves to ensure classes are suitable for all ages, body types and fitness levels. RIP® - Choreographed Barbell training offering low weights and high reps
FloorToneZ - Toning class that takes place either sitting or lying on the floor
POUND® - Simulated drumming class using weighted drum sticks
Jagua® - Combination of dance, ballet,yoga, Pilates and stretching routines to sculpt, strengthen and stretch the body
