Boogie Bounce®

Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise program using a mini trampoline with the added safety of our T-Bar Handle to assist with stability and balance.  The routines are choreographed to an eclectic mix of tracks from across the decades making the playlist appealing to everyone.

Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises. The aim isn’t to bounce high or perform gymnastic tricks, but to perform a series of small, controlled movements including our key moves - Froggin’, Stompin’ and the Paddle.  The addition of the T-Bar handle allows beginners to feel secure whilst bouncing and help remove the fear of falling off the trampoline.  Our instructor will also show low intensity options for all moves so you can choose the level of intensity that suits your needs.
