WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM?

An escape room is a real life adventure game.  They involve being "locked" in a room and given 60 minutes to solve puzzles and find a way out.  Some games have just one room and others have multiple rooms but the basis remains the same.  Find a way out!!!

NOTE: for safety reasons, doors will not be physically locked, to allow for emergency exits if required.  Chains and padlocks may be present on the doors to simulate a locked door however they will open in the event of an emergency.  Your Game Master will go through the emergency procedures when you enter the game.

It should also be noted that games may include the use of flashing lights, music, sound effects and visual effects such as fog and smoke.  Please keep this in mind when booking an event to ensure you have no medical conditions that may be affected by these special effects.

WHAT IS THE COST?

Winderburn Manor Room

The cost of participating in this game is $30pp.  We require a minimum of 6 participants per session (we recommend 6-8 people though)

Once Upon a Rhyme Room

The cost of participating in this game is $35pp.  We require a minimum of 3 players per session and a maximum of 5.

WHAT DAYS & TIMES ARE AVAILABLE?

Our Escape Room Experiences are currently available on Saturdays and Sundays by booking only through our booking system https://bookwhen.com/dfnescaperooms.  Session times are added regularly to the system but if there is a date or time not listed, please feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodate if possible

CAN LARGE AND CORPORATE GROUPS BOOK?

Absolutely.  Escape Rooms are fantastic for large and corporate groups as they require team work and communication to be successful.  We can cater for corporate team building sessions, Christmas parties or even just a relaxed social event. 

With large groups such as these, we break up into smaller groups (The Winderburn Manor Room can cater for up to 10-12 participants at a time) and each group runs through separately.  This is especially fun when different departments compete to see which can escape the quickest.  Whilst one group is in the room, the others can socialise in our waiting area or out on our balcony.

HOW CAN WE JOIN A GAME?

There are 2 options to give our Escape Room experience a go.  You can either join a regular session OR book a special session.

REGULAR SESSION -  Regular sessions are listed on our booking site and can be booked by going to https://bookwhen.com/dfnescaperooms.   All rooms have a minimum and maximum amount of participants so please make sure you are aware of those prior to booking.  Due to COVID requirements, all participants must book and pay online.  These sessions are available on a first in, best dressed basis so you will need to be quick.  If you are interested in a session time/date that is not listed, you can contact us and discuss booking a Special Session (see below)

SPECIAL SESSION - A special session are available for sessions that are not yet listed as regular sessions (ie dates more than 2 weeks in the future or Friday night sessions) or events such as work functions, birthdays, special occasions etc (subject to availability).  These special sessions will be secured by a password to ensure only those invited can book in and make payment.  All private sessions must be paid for in full at least 14 days prior (unless by prior arrangement) to the session to avoid the timeslot being opened for other groups.  To book a special session, please message us via our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Escape-Rooms-by-Danzfit-104172111616473, by emailing us at danzfitwithness@gmail.com or by going to our Contact Us page.
