Strong Nation™

Strong Nation™ is a H.I.I.T.  workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every punch is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.  Explosive moves like high knees and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

 

Strong Nation™ is suitable for anyone wanting to amp up their workout and increase their cardio endurance.  Each routine offers 3 levels of intensity, Low, Base and Max so you get to choose the intensity that suits your body and fitness needs.

Our Strong Nation™ 30 min express class starts with a dynamic warm up before moving straight into quadrant #1.  Quadrant #2, #3 and #4 follow with brief 30 sec breaks in between to ensure the high low format of this program.  We then cool down and stretch to finish the session.

​

We recommend that you wear activewear style clothing that allows a great range of movement as well as supportive footwear suitable for impact moves (low impact moves will be offered for those looking to reduce impact).  You will also require a gym towel and plenty of water.

​

The music in this program has been specially formatted to fit the moves precisely.  It is this matching of sound and movement that is the core of Strong Nation™  and helps the participants to push through and get the very best out of the session.
