RIP®

RIP® is a choreographed barbell program that works all the major muscle groups for a more toned, fitter and healthier you.  Using to low to medium weights on the bar with a high level of repetitions, RIP® is a full body workout that you have you feeling strong and toned.   This class will be run in a small group format  so the instructor can spend more time  ensuring safety and correct form.

 

RIP® is suitable for anyone looking to tone and strengthen the body.  It increases your strength and endurance, improves you body’s fat burning ability and gives you great muscle tone.  Routines can be modified to suit students and the weight on the bar can be changed up and down to suit your individual needs

 

RIP® starts off with light weight on the bar for a warm up to get the body moving and ready for the workout ahead.  We then move into the main routines increasing and decreasing the weight on the bar depending on the area of the body being worked.  There will be a variety of routines with some standing and some laying on a step.  There may also be routines using dumbbells in sections.  The class will be built to work each major muscle group to ensure a full body workout and is finished with a stretch and cool down

 

This class utilises barbells, dumbbells and aerobic steps however this equipment is provided at The Studio.  We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear.  You should bring along a towel to place on your step and plenty of water.

 

RIP uses a mix of workout tracks in a 32 count format that you can rock out to whilst challenging yourself through this awesome class
